The performed shifts of the cleaning staff including the tasks are compared with the recorded working times and the actual work performed. For the contractually agreed service, the actual service performed, including possible additional services, as well as the recorded working times are visible on a daily basis. This provides a digital performance protocol for the entire monthly cycle, per room, location and customer, which can be used as proof for invoicing.

For each location, the location manager receives a daily overview of the services performed, which totals up to a monthly overview. Optionally, a real-time evaluation of the relationship between sales and cost development can be carried out.

  1. The location manager receives a precise list per employee for the performance period and recorded service.
  2. Performance records for recurrent cleaning, as well as special services can be created and sent to the customer with just a few clicks.
  3. The customer receives an overview and can confirm or reject with a few clicks and give a reason. The information is returned to the location manager for further processing.
