Our time recording of the cleaning staff, accurate to the second, is traceable from the central office and on the road. It is GPS-compatible, mobile, paperless and ready for payroll accounting. Working hours, breaks, overtime and absences are recorded and compared with the planned time and the work performed. The location manager receives a detailed overview per employee for the performance period.

More than start and stop


The time recording is a combination of the Service Manager App for the location manager/teamlead and Field Service App for the cleaning staff.

  1. The cleaner records the times (check in/out) at the start and end of the shift by pressing a button. During the shift, the break can simply be recorded.
  2. The cleaning status of the shift is visible in real time for the supervisor. If a cleaning unit is delayed or not available, he can react immediately and inform the customer proactively.
  3. At the end of the shift, the cleaning staff can check the times, correct them if necessary and send them to their supervisor.
  4. The supervisor sees an overview of the planned and actually worked hours, linked to the service performed and, if desired, with GPS positioning (optional).
  5. After approval or correction by the location manager, the recorded hours are ready for the payroll.
