Proactive Customer Care


Comment and evaluate performed services and give feedback and complaints on location, employee, task and room level. For this purpose, the location, time and contents such as comments and pictures are always recorded.

  1. The responsible employee for quality assurance checks per location on area or task level in comparison with the contracted service agreement.
  2. He documents the time, pictures and videos, as well as comments to make the evaluation more comprehensible.
  3. You decide yourself to what extent you involve your customer and the evaluation remains internal, in order to improve continuously and, if necessary, to inform the customer about the development.
  4. In the Service Manager App for supervisors (facility manager/team leader) you can not only view the evaluations, but also directly consider new shifts, additional tasks for the next cleaning event, in order to make improvements or to give the cleaning staff assistance.
  5. Receive detailed reports on the development of the cleaning quality, optionally also available for the customer.
